You enjoy listening, encouraging others, and helping people feel seen and valued.
Whether it's hospitality, preparing a space, or offering practical support, you love helping others feel welcome.
You don't need to be in the spotlight—you simply love helping things run smoothly.
You love using creativity to remind people they're seen, valued, and not alone.
You naturally tell stories, build relationships, and inspire others to take action.
You believe every role matters and know that unseen faithfulness changes lives.
You feel called to faithfully pray for women, our team, and the work happening every day.
You understand that when a woman reaches out, every minute matters. You want to be part of the team that responds with urgency, compassion, and hope.
You care about educating your community, raising awareness, and inviting others to be part of the solution.
When others feel overwhelmed, you're able to bring peace, think clearly, and respond with compassion.

Our Jail program connects women in jail with a The Freedom Collective pen pal or mentor. We provide support, comfort, and relationship through written letters or one-on-one interaction, encouraging women to call our hotline for ongoing services upon release.
Our drop-in center is located near one of our outreach areas and is open multiple days per week. Women can stop by to receive resources of food and clothing, connect to needed services, and participate in activities designed to strengthen and encourage.

The Freedom Collective hotline is the bridge between outreach and emergency housing. We are available to receive calls 24 hours a day.
Once a call comes to our hotline and a response team is requested, we coordinate to pick the woman up and transport her to the safe home.
Use your gifts to help create moments of joy, connection, and normalcy for women staying in our emergency safe homes.
